The Oxford Handbook of Nineteenth Century Christian Thought, edited by CTMET members Joel Rasmussen, Johannes Zachhuber, and Judith Wolfe has gone to press. The volume proposes a fresh set of readings of the diverse sites and variegated role of the Christian intellectual tradition across what has come to be called “the long nineteenth century”, and includes the contributions of scholars from across the world. One of the special features of this volume is that many of the authors met at Trinity College, Oxford for an editorial colloquium to offer feedback on each other's drafts and develop a better sense of the coherence of the handbook as a whole and relationship between the individual chapters.
